You will serve as a MANAGER in the CYBER ENGINEERING & INTEGRATION DIVISION, CODE 58400 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading division strategic planning and organizational/process improvement, workforce planning and management of the division's funding allocation; serving as a Center subject matter expert in their area and lending their expertise to current and proposed projects in order to enhance the products, services, and reputation of the Center.
