This role involves analyzing and managing programs for the Naval History and Heritage Command, focusing on communication strategies during normal and crisis times, building partnerships with Navy groups and the public, and ensuring high-quality external materials like publications and online content.

It requires strong skills in evaluation and relationship-building to support naval heritage initiatives.
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst within NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience should demonstrate the following:1) Managing enterprise-wide communication under normal and crisis situations;2) Implementing and managing broad efforts upon which enterprise-wide programs, policy, procedural and system determinations will be predicated;3) Evaluating on-going actions and initiatives through customer feedback systems and bench-marking;4) Overseeing the quality and consistency of all external communication, this includes written material, publications, press releases, brochures, and the information online;5) Ensuring timely performance of work by subordinates and assuring quality standards are met.
