You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Engineering and Planning Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience designing organizational charts, process control charts, and various graphs to compile and organize data, observe, and document trends to support recommendations on funds administration, staffing, and performance measures; - Experience planning and organizing work to meet deadlines; - Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated reporting systems; - Experience analyzing trends in the receipt of funds to assure that funds are available when needed and are properly used to support objectives; - Experience operating computer systems to input, retrieve, modify, and manipulate data.
