As a Management and program analyst, you will coordinate, analyze, and evaluate management programs, provide expert advice to managers, and identify best practices to improve program efficiency in the areas of human capital and financial management and workforce development.

GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Analyzing and developing logistics and budget requirements for division-wide projects and programs.
Providing logistics management support for both headquarters and geographically dispersed assets, including equipment deployment and asset management.
Managing projects by assessing requirements, developing plans, identifying dependencies, and implementing recommendations for improvement.
