Full Job Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (RRL)in the Carrier Training Department (N7) of COMMANDER NAVAL AIR PACIFIC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating program data to plan and execute comprehensive studies, analyze findings, and propose effective recommendations to leadership by utilizing personnel and training systems that improve technical operating efficiencies.

  • You will provide research and analytical services to assist in achieving Ready Relevant Learning (RRL)goals and objectives.
  • You will provide data collection, research, analysis, and interpretation of Fleet individual training requirements and develops briefings, reports, and recommendations for improvement.
  • You will analyze Enlisted Rating training paths and learning objectives to determine gaps in individuals training requirements.
  • You will independently review individual training requirement recommendations for various stakeholder organizations for completeness to ensure all inputs support CNAF enlisted career continuums of learning.
