Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

The City of Houston’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) seeks to create a city in which every resident has an affordable home in a community where they can thrive.
Partnering with non-profit, governmental, and local entities, HCDD strives to strengthen Houston’s neighborhoods and provide true housing choice.
To achieve this vision, HCDD is seeking a Management Analyst IV to join its team. In this position, you will
perform commercial real estate loan analyses, audits, reconciliations, loan modifications, and work-out functions on properties in Housing and Community Developments’ (HCDD) loan servicing portfolio to ensure repayment and compliance with the requirements of the loan agreement documents.

Key ResponsibilitiesReviews and analyzes incoming requests and proposals for loan modifications, extensions, transfers, workouts, reconciliations.
Prepares written summary of loan history, analysis of request and submits written recommendations. Engage the Legal Department for opinions and drafting legal documents as necessary.
Six years of professional experience in accounting, budget analysis, finance, public administration or a closely related field are required.
