The Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Financial Policy and Operations is seeking a dedicated Management Analyst 2.

As a Management Analyst 2, you will review liability imposed on residents of state mental health hospitals, intellectual disability centers, and units.
You will prepare procedural updates to the Facility Reimbursement Operations Manual (FROM), provide direction to field offices, and develop and disseminate reports.
You will also approve requests for reduction in liability, analyze records, and conduct on-site reviews at facility reimbursement offices.
This role requires comprehensive review of financial information and the ability to make sound liability assessments.
In addition, you will represent the department at hearings, prepare daily deposit records, and conduct topic specific training for reimbursement operations management and staff.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
