Requirements

As a Management Analyst 2, you will serve as the Rachel Carson State Office Building (RCSOB) fire marshal and act as a liaison between OA Safety and the department, in addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of the department Radio Telecommunications Specialist.

You will take the lead in overseeing and defining the department's security and access control systems, as well as managing the department's video conferencing systems.

Furthermore, you are the system administrator and coordinator for the RCSOB/Laboratory/SCRO Annex security systems.

Additionally, your position encompasses the responsibilities of the Division’s COOP plan coordinator and assistant move coordinator.

This role requires advanced-level administrative expertise, which includes handling a range of facility requests and addressing various issues that arise.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $59,345.00 (before taxes).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.


Other Requirements:

  • This particular position also requires possession of a valid driver's license.
