This job involves improving how the environmental department runs by managing security systems, video conferencing setups, and emergency plans, while also serving as a fire marshal and handling facility requests.
You'll act as a key contact for safety issues and help coordinate moves and communications equipment.

As a Management Analyst 2, you will serve as the Rachel Carson State Office Building (RCSOB) fire marshal and act as a liaison between OA Safety and the department, in addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of the department Radio Telecommunications Specialist.
You will take the lead in overseeing and defining the department's security and access control systems, as well as managing the department's video conferencing systems.
Furthermore, you are the system administrator and coordinator for the RCSOB/Laboratory/SCRO Annex security systems.
Additionally, your position encompasses the responsibilities of the Division’s COOP plan coordinator and assistant move coordinator.
This role requires advanced-level administrative expertise, which includes handling a range of facility requests and addressing various issues that arise.
