Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-13. Senior expert or supervisor.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading and coordinating acquisition efforts for the Navy, including planning, developing policies, and overseeing contracts for services and hardware to ensure the organization gets the best value.
It requires working with experts across divisions to create strategic plans and provide advice on procurement processes.
A good fit would be someone with strong experience in government contracting and analysis who enjoys tackling complex projects and negotiating with leaders.
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the WOLF ACQUISITION OFC of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD. ***This position has a control point of GS-14 Step 10.
If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control points of this position which is $143,913-$ 187,093.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating experience in pre and post award services acquisition; 2) Executing the requirements schedule from procurement planning through contract award within established timeframes; 3) Developing high quality acquisition documentation; and 4) Utilizing Acquisition Regulations.
