Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves advising leaders on civilian employee matters like hiring, staffing, and workforce planning to keep the organization running smoothly in the Navy's European command.
You'll handle everything from recruiting new staff to managing performance reviews and ensuring all actions follow federal rules.

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Civilian Personnel Division of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising senior leadership on all civilian personnel matters, providing strategic options and recommendations for recruitment, staffing, position management, and complex workforce issues and; 2) Working with leadership to establish future organizational direction, ensuring knowledge and talent sustainment, and meeting succession planning needs to enhance long-term organizational effectiveness and; 3) Managing the full spectrum of civilian personnel actions, from recruitment and staffing, position management, civilian recognition, and providing guidance on all administrative practices to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.
