Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job is for a maintenance worker at an Army recreation center in Hawaii, where you'll handle repairs on refrigeration, electrical systems, plumbing, and painting, along with preparing cost estimates and driving to transport materials.
It's ideal for someone with hands-on experience in building upkeep who is physically fit and comfortable using tools.
No advanced education is needed, just practical skills and a valid driver's license.
This position is located at Pililaau Army Recreation Center in Waianae, Hawaii (Island of Oahu). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Possess math skills necessary to measure, fit and cost materials used. 5. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's permit.
