About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Cedar Lodge & FamCamp located on Ellsworth AFB. Moderately heavy physical effort is required.

Heavy lifting of occasionally 50 pounds or more; pushing and moving furniture and other equipment; work from ladders. Who May Apply: Open to everyone.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Must know the basic duties of a variety of maintenance tasks.

Must know the proper us of variety of cleaning and sanitizing solutions in order to remove different kind of stains from a variety of surface. Must be able to clean and make adjustments to equipment.

Must be able to use power hand tools. Major Duties:

Makes minor plumbing repairs Performs light to moderate maintenance Makes minor electrical repairs to all fixtures at Cedar Lodge and FamCamp Strips and waxes floors May carry linen to required floors in building trash to dumpsters.

Repairs and reprograms keys for rooms at Cedar Lodge.
