The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Repairman 2 to join our Harrisburg Military Post team.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing the facility’s infrastructure, including electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting work, ensuring the post operates safely and efficiently.

In this position, you will carry out maintenance and repair tasks related to the construction, alteration, repair, and restoration of buildings, including floors, roofs, stairways, windows, and doors.
Duties involve preparing and painting buildings; installing and repairing sinks, faucets, water heaters, and drains; as well as installing and replacing electrical circuits, panels, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
Additional tasks include snow removal and performing concrete or masonry repairs. All work will be conducted following DMVA general safety guidelines and procedures.
