This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair and general improvements of the buildings, landscaping, grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, fences and all mechanical systems at the Southwest Regional Office.
Duties consist of monitoring and scheduling maintenance, repairing or installing water pipes, furnaces, air-conditioning units, electrical service and other equipment as needed.
Work includes painting, minor renovations, carpentry, and maintaining all restroom facilities to include repairs and upgrades.
You can expect to Install and repair electrical circuits, light fixtures and outlets and repair and replace interior water lines and plumbing fixtures.
In winter months, snow and ice removal will be included in your duties.

You will be considered an essential employee which requires reporting into the office location in time of an emergency.
