Key Requirements

  • You will install, repair, and maintain various air conditioning system including but not limited to package units and split systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • You will install, repair, and maintain ice makers, water coolers, reach-in refrigerators, bottle fillers, walk-in freezers and refrigerator boxes.
  • You will install, repair, and maintain electric and gas heating units such as electric strip heaters, water heaters, hot air furnaces, baseboard heaters, infrared heaters and heat pumps.
  • You will conduct periodic maintenance and calibration to heating systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • You will install trim, floor coverings (including carpet, vinyl, and ceramic), gypsum board and apply joint compound in layers to create a uniform finish.
  • You will install conduit, raceways, supports, electrical wiring, switches, outlets and light fixtures; and troubleshoot lighting and outlet circuits.
