This job involves operating and maintaining specialized mail inserting machines to process computer-generated documents for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, including loading materials, checking output quality, and making minor repairs.
It's a hands-on role in a fast-paced office setting with no remote work option. A good fit would be someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technical equipment and routine tasks.

As a Mail Production Operator, you will be responsible for programming and operating the Bell & Howell AIMS inserting equipment, ensuring that it is fully functional and operational as part of your daily start-up routine.
You will load equipment with various types of output, such as continuous forms, cutsheet outputs, letsets, and titles, along with the corresponding inserts necessary for each type of output.
A critical aspect of your role will involve reviewing verification reports to ensure that the output matches the expected specifications.
Additional duties entail verifying that the work coming off of the machines is correct and accurately positioned, as well as performing minor machine repairs and adjustments.
