Under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor, this position:
Reviews Monthly Medication Administration Record (MAR) and 90-day recertification orders, completes health care records, AIMS/DISCUS, swallowing and Speech and Occupational Medicine (SAOM) Evaluations.
Assists with weights and heights as ordered and indicated by policy and procedures. Properly documents as needed.
This position is eligible for up to $3.75/hour shift differential for applicable shifts!
Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates will be distributed after one, six, and twelve months of successful continuous Full-Time employment.
