Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Real Estate Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as a Team Leader over Realty Specialists responsible for real estate specific functions involving acquisition of property by purchase, lease or transfer.
Responsible for authorizing use of Government-owned land by others and compliance/utilization inspections.

Additional information about transcripts is in this document. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position, you must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11, or equivalent.
Specialized experience is defined as: 1 - managing planning and acquisition or management and disposal projects and activities from initial development to completion; 2 - reviewing real estate products for regulation and policy compatibility; AND 3 - preparing real estate products with minimal supervision.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
