Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This role involves leading a team of analysts in evaluating and improving financial planning and resource management systems for the Navy's aviation programs, focusing on a major enterprise software tool.
You'll analyze data, track performance, and contribute to updates that ensure the systems meet operational needs across the organization.

You will serve as a LEAD PROGRAM ANALYST in the Command's Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NBO) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Mastery of advanced program analysis functions, processes, principles, methods and procedures, matched with demonstrated high degree of skill in devising methods to gather, analyze and evaluate information concerning program organizational operations; 2) Mastery of the principles, regulations/policies, processes and practices governing financial planning and management of assets supporting the Command's weapon systems acquisition mission; 3) Comprehensive knowledge of existing -and emerging· regulatory/policy directives governing financial planning and management functions at the Federal, DoD, DoN and Command level.
Demonstrated expert understanding of the key role automated analytical capabilities and information management tools play in the business operations of large, complex organizations, like NAVAIR; 4) Knowledge of/ability to apply project management processes (i.e., requirements management, project planning, cost estimation/analysis, budgeting, scheduling,) to plan/execute highly complex analytical projects comprising many, inter-linked activities conducted by Government and contractor personnel.
