This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as a Lead Police Officer (Field Training Officer), responsible to the Supervisory Police Officer (Patrol Supervisor), Law Enforcement Division under the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES).

Specialized Experience GS-08: One year of specialized experience which includes providing guidance related to law enforcement duties to other police officers; utilizing standard law enforcement policies or procedures; and reviewing law enforcement reports.
