Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage and secure IT systems, including servers, backups, and websites, for the U.S. Marine Corps at a base in Japan.
You'll provide technical support, ensure everything runs smoothly and securely, and guide your team on projects to meet military goals.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical expertise and leadership in ensuring servers are secure and in compliance; oversee planning, scheduling and coordination of backups; and coordinate proper maintenance and operation of Internet and Intranet websites.
I have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies; Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving.
