Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading engineering teams in the U.S. Marine Corps to develop and manage complex projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and deadlines for defense programs.
You'll guide problem-solving, allocate tasks, and act as a key advisor on potential issues that could affect operations.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead AND/OR oversee the technical aspects of program development, ensure timely completion of tasks, guide teams in solving technical issues, and manage resources for successful project execution.
