Job Description
Summary
This job involves operating commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and iron bulk items at a military base in Italy, while keeping the work area clean and organized.
It's a hands-on role supporting the base's lodging facilities.
A good fit would be someone reliable with basic mechanical skills who can work independently and has experience in laundry or maintenance tasks.

This position is located at USAG Italy - MWR, Caserma Ederle Inn, Vicenza, Italy. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

- Performs work in support of the in-house laundry operation. Operates commercial laundry machines to wash bulk laundry items.
- Receives items from laundry workers; loads and unloads items into and out of washing machines and dryers.
- Ensures proper sort, loading capacity, cleaning solvents and correct settings for operation of machinery. Folds, stacks, bundles, and tags finished items.
- Operates a press for ironing. Maintains stock and the cleanliness of laundry area.
