Summary

This job is for a laborer at the Courses of Clear Creek on Fort Hood, Texas, where you'll handle hands-on tasks like moving supplies, cleaning facilities, and maintaining outdoor areas in all kinds of weather.

This position is located at: the Courses of Clear Creek. Love the outdoors? Spend your work days on the beautiful Courses of Clear Creek at Fort Hood, Texas.

This is a hands-on position for the person who thrives on staying busy and working indoors or outdoors in varied weather conditions. This is an open continuous announcement.

All qualified applicants will be forwarded to management on a weekly or as needed basis. Resumes must be two pages (or less).

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.

Three (3) months of laboring experience required. 2.

Must have the ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision of each task assigned.

  • Unpacks cartons of materials and removes contents. Moves or uses hand truck to move various items requiring delivery or storage. Sets up and breaks down multi-functional areas. Arranges mobile furniture, movable walls, light equipment, etc
  • Washes and waxes vehicles, sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors and replenishes supplies as necessary.
  • Uses industrial household cleaners to clean, disinfect and deodorize windows, mirrors, fixtures, and facilities. Reports facility condition to supervisor including the need for repairs. Dusts and polishes furniture. Empties trash.
  • May work alone or as part of crew with minimal supervision.
  • Required to follow safety procedures and use standard safety equipment such as gloves, ear protectors, and safety glasses to avoid possible hazards in the work area.
