Full Job Description

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is on the lookout for dedicated and hardworking temporary Laborers to enhance our team.

If you enjoy working outdoors and excel at physical tasks, this position could be an excellent fit for you.

Your responsibilities will include essential activities such as groundskeeping, facility upkeep, and other critical duties that support our operations.

Requirements

In this position, you will be engaged in various tasks within state and federal buildings and their grounds at Fort Indiantown Gap, located in Lebanon County. Your responsibilities will include general labor activities such as mowing grass, supporting maintenance personnel, and handling the loading and unloading of different items. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, efficient, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • This is a seasonal, part-time position. Work assignments will run from April 13, 2026 to September 25, 2026.
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
