Base salary range: $147,649 - $221,900
Typical requirements: Executive-level leadership experience. Senior executive qualifications required.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This part-time job involves helping young people with disabilities find and succeed in entry-level jobs through Project Search, by providing training, placement support, and ongoing assistance at work sites.
It's ideal for someone patient and organized who enjoys working directly with people to build their career skills. The role requires flexibility for travel and varying schedules, up to 30 hours a week.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field. Or; a high school diploma and experience in career counseling or related case management may substitute for the required bachelor’s degree.
Must be able to communicate effectively.Must be able to travel throughout the day to assist consumers while at work.Must be able to work in various work environments and on a flex schedule to meet consumers needs.Knowledge and skill in conducting needs assessments.Knowledge of fact gathering methods and interviewing techniques.
Knowledge of community resources.Knowledge of principles of behavior adjustment techniques.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families, etc.
