Full Job Description

The Head Men’s Soccer Coach is responsible for leading, organizing, and administering all aspects of the men’s soccer program.

This includes coaching, player development, recruiting, academic support, program administration, and promoting a positive team culture that supports the mission and values of the institution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. Prior coaching experience in soccer. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Qualifications

A master's degree and experience coaching at the collegiate level highly encouraged.

Additional Information

Must have a thorough background in soccer fundamentals, coaching, and administration of a soccer program.

Knowledge and skills can be acquired from accredited institutions of higher education, internships, and actual job performance.

Must have ability to communicate effectively and to build rapport with students, parents, and the University community.
