Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

You will serve as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) in the Cybersecurity Division (N61) of the Meteorology and Oceanography Systems and Infrastructure Department (N6) of NAVAVNFCSTCEN.
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing portfolio managements concepts, principles, and best practices for change, service asset, and confirmation management.
Experience analyzing IT Procurement Requirements and processing reviews for the Navy Information Technology Approval System.
Experience inspecting requests for Navy Enterprise Services within established authority and budgetary constraints.
Experience utilizing a wide range of applications, operating systems, protocols, and equipment with cloud computing service models.
Experience processing business engineering concepts and methods in order to identify and implement improvements.
Experience interpreting the appropriate methods to achieve successful and timely completion within budget while monitoring relevant regulations to resolve issues.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, programming, and budgeting, as well as communication with team members regarding Information Architecture and acquisitions.
Experience applying industry best practices to support IT lifecycle management. Experience applying IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices, including DOD and DON policies.
Experience creating documents, reports, and briefs utilizing Microsoft office 365 applications.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
