Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves analyzing and assessing the readiness of naval communication, command, control, and computer systems to help leaders make informed decisions on resources and planning.
It requires researching policies, building partnerships, collecting operational data, and monitoring projects to reduce risks.
A good fit would be someone with IT experience in government or military settings who is detail-oriented, good at communicating, and skilled in problem-solving.

Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
In addition: GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include some or all of the following: 1) Leading analysis and production of C4 operational readiness assessments to support planning and leadership decision-making on C4 resources; 2) Researching, reviewing, and interpreting policies/regulations, developing partnering contacts, and attending meetings; 3) Collecting operational information and providing summaries; 4) Monitoring project activities and resources to mitigate risks.
GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include some or all of the following: 1) Supporting analysis and production of C4 operational readiness assessments to support planning and leadership decision-making on C4 resources; 2) Researching, reviewing, and interpreting policies/regulations, developing partnering contacts, and attending meetings; 3) Assisting with the collection of operational information and providing summaries; 4) Assisting with monitoring project activties and resources to mitigate risks.
