You will serve as the Distributed Common Ground System - Navy Project Manager, with an official position title of a IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN) in the Fleet C4I Department (01CA00) of NIWC ATLANTIC, where you will be responsible for meeting the cost, schedule, and performance expectations of assigned projects with regards to directing, planning, executing, and overseeing the success of the program/systems development, production, and sustainment.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expertise in leading complex, large scale engineering and computer science projects managing all phases of program development, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Influencing resource allocation and addressing significant or unstructured challenges to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
