  • Experience mitigating system fragmentation, integration failures, and technical debt to enhance scalability and efficiency
  • Technical background in hardware, software, planning, and communications engineering, with ability to establish architectural standards
  • Ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make recommendations to meet information assurance objectives
  • Strong communication skills for briefing technical and non-technical audiences on enterprise architecture's role in mission success

Considerable understanding of information management systems and applicable major intelligence organizations and the Intelligence Community. 2.

Experience and mastery of transport, infrastructure, platform, and application technologies, concepts, practices, and techniques.

Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and governance models to ensure standardized architectural practices across the Agency. 3.

Demonstrated thorough technical expertise in design, implementation, operation, testing, evaluation, and integration of major system efforts and specific demonstrated expertise in the integration of enterprise-wide IT capabilities.

Proven ability to identify and mitigate system fragmentation, integration failures, and technical debt that threaten scalability and operational efficiency. 4.

Possess demonstrated technical diversification gained through experience and/or academic studies which reinforce expert knowledge in a multi-faceted systems environment to include hardware, software, planning, and communications engineering.

Experience establishing architectural standards and governance processes that prevent capability gaps and requirement misalignment across disconnected technology platforms. 5.

Demonstrated and established ability obtaining and analyzing data, presenting facts, and making recommendations which ensure information assurance objectives are met.

Capability to assess architectural risks and organizational silos that degrade collaboration and service delivery. 6.

Expert skills communicating technical briefings and proposals to a diversified technical or non-technical audience.

Ability to articulate the strategic importance of enterprise architecture to mission success and warfighter support. Major Duties:
