This job involves leading projects to integrate advanced 3D printing technologies into naval systems, managing everything from initial ideas to delivering ready-to-use parts that help keep the U.S.
Navy's fleet operational. As a senior engineer, you'll plan and execute these efforts while creating guidelines for broader use across the Navy.

You will serve as a MATERIALS ENGIINER, MECHANICAL ENGINEER, or INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER in the RAPID PROTOTYPING/FABRICATION TECHNOLOGY DIV within the UNDERSEA SYSTEMS & SUSTAINMENT ENGINEERING DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer managing the design or evaluation of additive manufacturing technologies for the development and sustainment of naval systems and components.
