Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as an IT Specialist (APPSW/INFOSEC) in the FRC of COMFLTREADCEN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Experience in the development of applications, including designing, coding, testing, and documenting, utilizing object-oriented programming with Java while collaborating within a Disciplined Agile Development (DAD) framework, and with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
Being proficient with comprehensive technology such as such as Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Vue.js, SQL, ELK stack, Python, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Experienced with DevOps tools such as Docker, Azure Cloud Functions, Jenkins, and Git for continuous integration and deployment.
Analyzing user needs to define project scope, conduct feasibility studies, and develop detailed functional and business requirements while also conducting change impact analysis and reengineering business processes for automation.
Managing software development, including creating and implementing software configuration management procedures and ensuring security controls are integrated into system designs and all development complies with relevant IT legislation, directives, and security plans.
Troubleshooting complex, mission-critical application issues and provide advanced customer support by ability to provide production support as needed, providing proficiency in code analysis to identify and determine efficient and maintainable application solutions.
