Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S.
Customs and Border Protection, Office of Information and Technology, Border Enforcement and Management Systems Directorate, Border Information Technology Systems Division located in Williston, VT.
Basic Requirement: Individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

You qualify for this position if you meet the basic requirement listed above and possess one year of specialized experience as described below.
Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Developing, modifying, testing, implementing and supporting new or existing software, applications Breaking down agile stories into technical requirements in support of application software development Communicating application and system functionality with stakeholders including management, business functional and development team members Researching, troubleshooting and assisting in finding resolutions to software application bugs, issues and degradations NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.
