The Office of Administration/Enterprise Technical Services Office is seeking a highly motivated IT professional for the position of Information Technology Generalist Administrator 1.

An IT Generalist Administrator 1 implements and maintains best-practice policies for the Health and Human Services Delivery Center (HHSDC) information and technology systems and services under the guidance of architectural standards.
This position uses ITIL-based functionality, focusing on Service Strategy and Service Delivery methodologies to execute day-to-day technical tasks and provide technical guidance to team members.
Work includes developing and maintaining technical documentation, standards, processes, and procedures to support the HHSDC service delivery process, ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
This professional is responsible for leading and supporting special IT projects from initiation through completion.
Communication is key as you support the establishment of a unified IT team culture by collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to define project requirements and deliverables.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You must come into the office two days a week at minimum.
You will be expected to work from home (telework) for the reminder of your work schedule.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
