This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining PENNVEST’s overall physical and virtual information technology (IT) environment to ensure secure and reliable IT for the agency. Requirements
In this role, you will be providing system administration by coordinating and maintaining virtual machine servers located at OA-OIT Enterprise Data Center as well as managing security across agency web applications. Work also involves providing hardware and software support for agency staff and offering technical support to internal and external PENNVEST Portal users. You will have the opportunity to assist with the utilization of Power Platform solutions for PENNVEST Web Applications, to support Pennsylvania municipalities, authorities, businesses, and communities in applying for financial assistance for various types of drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and non-point source projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing agency telecommunications, protecting IT assets, serving as agency Service Now Administrator, administering agency DocuSign account and platform, identifying and resolving potential and actual security issues, managing complex IT projects, and contributing to IT budget forecasts.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Travel to and from PENNVEST's Harrisburg headquarters location is required.
Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time as PENNVEST operates in a virtual office format.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Information Technology Generalist 1, Applications Developer 1, or Network Specialist 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or
- Two years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate’s degree in any information technology field; or
- A bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
Additional Requirements:
- One year of experience with the following:
- Administering DocuSign creating groups and user, creating DocuSign templates and DocuSign Power Forms for business process, and providing staff DocuSign technical support
- Working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) similar to OnBase with knowledge of document types, keywords, document import, and document purge according to PHMC record retention schedule
- Supporting intermediate functionality within MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Planner
- Creating SharePoint forms utilizing MS PowerApps, developing MS Power Automate business solutions for workflows and applications using web services
- Creating Service Now incident tickets knowing which catalog, category, subcategory, and service to select for the incident
- Creating and implementing information technology project plans for systems, telecommunications, and software upgrades
- Creating test plans, performing tests within web applications and systems, and conducting audits across IT functions
- Contributing to annual IT budget formulation for reoccurring costs and new IT hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment
- Contacting third-party reseller for quotes to purchase software, hardware, and services
- Providing technical support, maintaining security, and ensuring ADA compliance
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
