Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with delivery centers and business area customers, liaising with the Bureau of Services Architecture on enterprise service design requirements, and managing the design and implementation of approved enterprise services. You will have the opportunity to work directly with business and delivery center customers to support transitions to new enterprise services or changes to existing solutions driven by evolving technology and business needs. Work involves ensuring service requirements are accurate and that solution designs are fit for use and aligned with enterprise direction. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the direction, design, and implementation of enterprise services supporting both agency and external customers; as well as overseeing enterprise technologies and supervising service design and implementation staff engaged in services management. Additionally, you will ensure that service offerings align with the vision, strategy, and roadmap established by the Commonwealth’s Chief Information officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) while meeting agreed-upon customer requirements.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week.

    In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or
  • Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.


Additional Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions

  • You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
