Job Description
Summary
This job involves helping run a factory inside a prison, where you'll support the manager in producing goods, oversee inmate workers, and teach them useful skills for life after release.
You'll also handle tasks like payroll for about 60 inmates and ensure security while keeping operations efficient.
It's a good fit for someone with experience in manufacturing or supervision who wants to work in a correctional setting and is okay with flexible schedules and required training.

**** BE A PART OF OUR TEAM ****
Under general supervision,
- Assists in the management of a complex industrial operation for a potential multiple-shift operation at Evans Correctional Institution (Marlboro County).
- Supports the plant manager in the manufacturing of products.
- Provides services to our customers in the most efficient manner while supervising and teaching inmates skills that may be utilized upon their release.
- Assists with the bimonthly payroll for approximately 60 inmates.
- Performs administrative duties and security functions as needed.
- Schedule subject to change to meet the demands of the industry.
