Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

GS11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience training military and civilian Occupational Health Personnel in the use of the DOEHRS-IH system; Experience in managing DOEHRS-IH user accounts within an organization; Experience participating in the testing of DOEHRS-IH system updates; Experience providing counseling and assistance to classroom or online participants; Experience creating and developing training plans, materials, tools, and reports; Experience arranging and scheduling training based on input from DOEHRS-IH SLAs or industrial hygiene subject matter experts; Experience performing comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys and assessments.
GS12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience training military and civilian Occupational Health Personnel in the use of the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System-Industrial Hygiene (DOEHRS-IH) system; Experience assisting the DOEHRS-IH Service Level Administrators (SLAs) in managing user accounts; Experience participating in the testing of DOEHRS-IH system updates; Experience in the use of DOEHRS-IH data entry, data administration, troubleshooting use issues, and requesting changes to system design, function and/or use.
Experience coordinating procurement and/or development of DOEHRS-IH or other industrial hygiene related course work, and arranging, organizing, and executing classroom and online training; Experience providing counseling and assistance to classroom or online participants; Experience creating and developing training plans, materials, tools, and reports; Experience planning and developing training schedules; knowledge of performing comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys and assessments.
