This job involves maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across a large hospital campus to keep buildings comfortable and safe for residents and staff.

In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, ventilation, and related equipment.
You will troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, which may involve diagnosing problems, disassembling and reassembling equipment, repairing or replacing parts and controls, and testing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
You will demonstrate strong time management and decision-making skills by prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing work requirements to meet deadlines.
Additionally, you will prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, fostering a safe environment by demonstrating and promoting safe work practices for yourself and your colleagues.

You must obtain EPA Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification from an approved provider within 6 months of employment.
You must have an active motor vehicle license.
