This job involves helping survivors of human trafficking by offering direct support, coordinating services like housing and counseling, and working with police and other partners to ensure safety and recovery.
It requires being available for evening shifts, weekends, and fieldwork in places like hospitals or courts, while handling emotionally challenging situations.
A good fit would be someone compassionate with experience in social work or victim support who can stay calm under pressure and collaborate well with teams.
The Human Trafficking Case Manager provides direct support, advocacy, crisis intervention, and case management for individuals impacted by sex and labor trafficking.
This position works closely with survivors to ensure their immediate safety, facilitate access to needed services, and provide ongoing emotional support throughout recovery and legal processes.
The Case Manager also collaborates with law enforcement, legal advocates, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure a coordinated and trauma-informed response.

The case manager focuses on the survivor’s practical needs and overall well-being, while the legal advocate provides accurate legal guidance and support navigating the criminal legal process.
By cooperating within their distinct roles, they create a holistic support system that helps the survivor feel informed, supported, and empowered.

The full salary range for this opportunity is $39.65 - $46.11 hourly.
