You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) in the Command Operations Department, Human Capital Management Division, (HCMD), Staffing Branch of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: GS-07 1)Ability to perform structured, entry-level work to develop broader HR assignments; 2) Effectively communicate factual and procedural HR information both orally and in writing; 3) Gather and analyze basic facts to draw conclusions about HR processes; 4) Proficiency in HR-related systems such as Civilian Workforce Automation Tool (CWA), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), and USA Staffing.
GS-09 1) Demonstrate a general knowledge of the federal HR classification and compensation processes in order to understand the complexities of this work.
2) Skill in conducting research and communicating results orally and in writing.
3) Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a variety of HR functions.
4) Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions.
5) Experience planning and organizing work, and communicating factual and procedural HR information clearly, verbally, and in writing.
