This job involves managing recruitment efforts for the Navy's supply systems command, including planning events like job fairs and campus visits, creating outreach campaigns, and overseeing special hiring programs for veterans and students.

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) in the Human Resources Division, Personnel Programs Branch of CNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA.
Your resume must have at least one year of Human Resources Specialist specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Independently attended virtual and on-site recruiting events to increase applicant pool; 2) Facilitated or conducted preliminary qualifications review; 3) Provided guidance to Command partners on Strategic Outreach and Recruiting subjects, such as using Flyers to recruit, attending virtual events, etc.
4) Developed and delivered presentations on HR related subjects to educate customers, and 5) Developed standard operating procedures, process documents and/or job aides to provide guidance and support HR operations.
