You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Naval Systems Command, Human Resources Office of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT Your resume must demonstrate at least one Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-01 (GS-4 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
General experience must demonstrate the following: performing recruitment and placement functions; assistance in position classification; submitting automated recruit/fill requests; assisting in Human Resources Development program work; and advising staff and employees on policy requirements for a recruitment program or agency.
