This entry-level human resources role in the US Army's civilian agency involves supporting managers and employees with tasks like hiring, training, benefits, and resolving workplace issues, primarily for nonappropriated fund positions.

This position could be located at the Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) CHRA G-9 CYS Service Center (C2SC) Office, Fort Riley, KS. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

This is a developmental position leading to the full performance level, NF-0201-04 NF-03 - (NAF/Developmental) A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.
Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge of at least two of the following functional human resources competencies: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations or Training.
2. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 3. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems. NF-04 1.
Possess eighteen (18) months or more of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge of at least two of the following functional human resources competencies: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Training.
2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated Human Resources problems and issues. 3.
Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower pay band (NF-03).
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": In addition to above minimum qualification requirements, applicants will possess twelve 2 years of prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office and have successfully completed of training in Basic Staffing, Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management or completion of Career Path I.
