Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing and improving human resources information systems for the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet, including designing, analyzing, and maintaining databases to support personnel decisions.
You'll work with teams to ensure data accuracy, create reports and visualizations, and recommend efficient tech solutions.

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (INFORMATION SYSTEMS) in the Director, Civilian Human Resources (DCHR), Total Force Management (N1) Directorate of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: executing initiatives that include the design, implementation, modification, and maintenance of human resources information systems and applying qualitative and quantitative methods to collect, analyze, and present data that informs leadership decisions on civilian personnel programs and operations.
