Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with HR recruitment and placement; providing assistance to managers on the development of positions and utilizing various automated/data systems.
GS:12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing and utilizing Federal HR recruitment, placement and affirmative employment principles and programs to advise management and technical services; applying a full range of position classification and position management principles and techniques to advise managers on the development of positions and utilizing various automated/data systems.
