The Michigan Civil Service Commission’s MI HR Service Center is looking for a motivated individual who is a team player, has great organizational skills, able to multi-task and excels in a fast-paced environment.
This position will assist CSRs in problem resolution as well as interpreting and preparing written and verbal responses for customer inquiries. Ideal candidates will have:
- Customer service experience.
- A background in human resources or benefit transactions utilizing contact center software to manage customer inquiries and cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extended knowledge regarding benefit eligibility.
