This job is for a Human Resources Assistant at a US Army base in West Point, New York, where you'll handle everyday HR tasks like processing paperwork for employees, helping with hiring, and answering questions from staff.
It's a developmental role starting at a basic level and growing into more responsibilities, ideal for someone with some office experience who wants to build a career in HR support.
A good fit would be an organized person who's comfortable with computers and enjoys helping people in a team setting.
This position is a Human Resources (Developmental) Assistant, NF-0203-02/03. This is not a remote position, duty location is West Point. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: NF-02 (Developmental)Possess six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, which demonstrates the ability to accomplish various human resources tasks and utilize human resource information systems.

Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment support, employee relations support or personnel action processing functions.
2. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 3. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
