Base salary range: $37,764 - $49,094

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves supporting human resources tasks for Marine Corps officer training programs, such as managing applications, handling paperwork for financial aid and security checks, and providing information to candidates.
It's ideal for someone with office experience who enjoys organizing records, following rules, and helping people navigate military programs.
A detail-oriented person with good communication skills would fit well.
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL/OA) within 12TH MARINE CORPS DISTRICT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing clerical support such as administering background screening, reviewing documents, and/or processing applicant packages for commissioning programs: develop case files to maintain personnel records; research for fact finding to recommend solutions to recurring issues; administer policy, instruction, and procedures pertaining to filing in official personnel records; and respond to visitor and caller inquiries regarding programs, entitlements, and/or program procedures.
